Cocobay is a gated, detached villa community in Pelican Bay across the street from the North Station beach tram. Cocobay units were built between 1994 and 1996. They offer at least three bedrooms with square footages ranging from 2,600 to around 4,400. Some units offer a beautiful lake view and many come with screened in lanais and pool. Homes also offer two or three car garages. This is a pet friendly community, allowing owners to have up to two dogs with no height or weight constraints.
