Located in the northern end of Pelican Bay on the corner of Pelican Bay Boulevard on Oakmont Parkway is a gated, single family subdivision by the name of Jamestown. This community consists of only 10 homes that were built between 1991 and 2000. These homes offer both lake and Pelican Bay Golf Course views and sit on sites at least 1/3 of an acre or larger. Both entries to the neighborhood were completely renovated in 2007. Standard domesticated pets are permitted to homeowners but not renters.
