Bay Villas is a community of attached and detached villas similar to duplexes but still offering the appearance of a single-family home. These homes were built between 1981 and 1983 and are some of the first homes built within Pelican Bay. These are two and three bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1500 to just over 1900 ft.² in size.

Bay Villas are located in the South Central region of Pelican Bay just North of Seagate Drive off Crayton Road. The majority of these homes features a private swimming pool and covered lanai. They all offer two car garages and cobblestone driveways. This is a non-gated community in Pelican Bay. It has one entrance off Crayton Road and with the cul-de-sac along Bridge Way Lane.
The homes in Bay Villas range in price from about $600,000-$900,000 depending on condition and style. Many homes feature breakfast rooms, fireplaces, marble or granite countertops, high ceilings, quiet and tranquil outdoor settings, perfect entertainment patios and outdoor living.
Residents of Bay Villas utilize the Sea Gate elementary school, Pine Ridge middle school, and the Barron Collier high school. Residents pay an annual master homeowners fee of around $1600 per year with quarterly dues of about $1200. Residents are also allowed to lease out their properties three times per year for a maximum of 60 days each. These make great retirement homes, first-time starter homes, or investment properties for vacation rentals.
